General Terms of Use

1. Purpose

These General Terms of Use (Terms) govern access to and use of the YA-Planning platform, published by YA-Planning SARL.

2. Acceptance

Use of the service implies full and complete acceptance of these Terms. If you do not accept these terms, you must not use the service.

3. User account

You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities carried out under your account. You undertake to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Intellectual property

The service, its content, its code and its features are the exclusive property of YA-Planning and are protected by the laws in force.

5. Availability

We strive to ensure maximum availability of the service. However, interruptions may occur for maintenance or force majeure.

6. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate an account in the event of non-compliance with the Terms.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Ivorian law. Any dispute shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Abidjan.
